What your staff do today.
Your staff are named experts, like Abigail at your desk, Daniel your CEO and Hannah in the Studios. You pick the AI that powers them: the free private AI on your computer, or Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Talk to them like a VA. They answer with a card: Do it, Change it or Not now. Then they report back with a link to the proof.
- Real work, filed where it belongs: tasks with dates, decisions on your Brief, notes in your Library, clients and brands placed on your map, and questions for your AI Board.
- Jobs on a schedule, waiting on your desk: a news briefing on your topics, leads with public business contact info and sources, and posts drafted in your voice. AIs that can search the web do the research.
- Errands on your own computer. Point at a file, screenshot, folder, recording or public link. The free private AI does the work right there. Nothing is uploaded.
- Your Round Table and staff chat live on your map, side by side. Your AIs join the chats too.
- Real news only. Staff reach out a few times a day at most, with quiet hours. Set it to Fewer or Off with one tap.
- Nothing is sent or posted for you. You approve, then you tap send. "Send an email" gets you a draft and a task.
