A short game sets everything up: the house rules, you in the middle, and your AIs around one round table. Tap to seat Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Perplexity, and each one gets a job, so they think differently.
No sign-ups to start. Until you connect an AI of your own, your free private AI plays each seat.

Your board runs on a free private AI that lives on your own computer. Your words don't go to anyone's cloud, and there's no monthly AI bill.
Want a second opinion? Add Claude or ChatGPT to any seat later. You pay those companies directly, on your own account.

Hand them your list. They talk it out.
Paste everything on your plate. Each AI answers on its own first, then they answer each other by name. Every voice starts with the short answer, in plain words.
At the end you get up to three clear decisions. You tap Yes, No or Later. Nothing happens without your Yes.

Every day starts on one calm screen: your three for today, picked by due dates and what matters, not by what's loudest. Below it, one decision from your board.

What computer do I need?
A Mac with 8 GB of memory and about 5 GB free. Windows comes later. In the Founding 10 beta, we set it up with you on a 20-minute call.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Claude?
No. The free private AI runs every seat at no cost. If you want, add a paid AI to any seat; you pay that company directly, and we never mark up AI.
Where does my information go?
Into a save folder on your own computer. Nothing is hosted online. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd keep everything.
Will it send emails or post for me?
No. Your AIs advise, draft and prepare. Nothing is sent, spent or deleted without your Yes.
What if I'm not sure it's for me?
