Type a request the way you would to a VA: "Add a task: call Priya at Harbor Coffee on Thursday." Your staff answer with a card: Do it, Change it or Not now.
Tap Do it, and they file it where it belongs and report back with a link to the proof.

Capture
Talk into your phone. It gets done.
Say it after a call, in the car, between meetings. Your Secretary writes it out on your own computer, with who said what, and finds every to-do, decision, question and new contact. "I'll send the proposal by Friday" becomes a task due Friday. A question only you can answer goes on tomorrow's Brief. New clients land on your Empire map.
You stay in charge: one short review, Yes, No or Later on each item. And you can ask, "What did we decide about the ads?", and get the answer with the recording and the minute it was said.
Private by design: a free AI on your own Mac does the listening. No meeting bots, nothing uploaded, no minute limits, and every recording becomes a plain note you own.

Which AIs can power my staff?
The free private AI on your computer, or Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini on your own account. News and leads need an AI that can search the web, like Claude or Gemini; the form tells you which can.
What does the AI cost on top?
The free private AI costs nothing. Paid AIs bill you directly at their own prices, and you set the spending limit. We never mark up AI.
Will my staff ever send or post anything?
No. Posts are copied and opened for you to post. Emails become drafts and tasks. You approve, then you tap send.
Are my meeting recordings uploaded?
No. They're written out on your own computer by a free speech model that runs there. You name each voice once.
Is the "Coming next" list included?
Yes. Members get each piece as it lands. Until then, we don't sell it as if it's done.
